Technical Description：
All the Sigma Kneader / Mixer& Z Blade Kneader / Z Blade Mixer we make are heavy duty structure.
The machines are widely used for mixing in the fields of: chemical, rubber, plastic,silicon, gum,tooth paste,dough,hot melt adhesive,soap,paint, printing ink, carbon, food stuff, medicine ,BMC CMC,ceramic paste,starch,etc, Mixing room and agitating blades are all made by stainless steel, the jacket of mixing room can be designed for electric oil heating,steam heating or water cooling. Discharge ways include hydraulic tilt, screw extruder and bottom valve discharge etc.
Sigma Mixer Kneader Machine is uses for uniform mixing of semi solid materials. Machine consist of U trough bowl with two ‘Z’ shape blades each rotates in opposite direction for proper mixing of material. Machine equipped with suitable capacity motor & gearbox decided as per characteristics of the product & process. Equipment is provided with Jacket arrangement for heating or cooling applications. We manufacture Sigma Mixer Kneader in capacity ranging from 5 kgs. up to 5000 kgs.
Sigma Mixer Kneader is widely uses for mixing polyester putty, rubber solution, biscuit dough, sauce, polymers etc.
